Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Gear

  Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in the original RitFit packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
